Kevin McCall Speaks On Losing Custody Of His Daughter

Eva Marcille and Kevin McCall were involved in a violent incident last month that resulted in Eva not only being granted a restraining order against Kevin, but also receiving full custody of the couples infant daughter Marley Rae with Kevin being denied any visitation.  This morning, Kevin takes to his Instagram to voice his frustrations. “….they always try to use my babies against me. That’s the only way to get to me. Happy?”

I said this in the last post about The Game. This is typical baby daddy behavior. They do something wrong and all of a sudden they become the victim and the mother is “keeping them away from their child.” Was Kevin thinking about the consequences of his actions when he was kicking doors down and trying to rip a 2 month old from her mother’s arms? Most likely not. It has to be something major for the court to give you absolutely NO visitation at all. Not supervised, but NONE. It’s not Eva keeping you away from your daughter, it’s your actions that lead to a judge saying that you were unfit to be around her at this time. Men have really got to stop with the pity parties and placing blame. Be accountable.
