Kim And Kanye’s Intimate Video Footage LEAKED

Get your minds out of the gutter, it’s not what you think. Despite Kim’s past, I’m not referring to that kind of intimate footage…

The video I am referring to was shot by YouTube’s co-founder, Chad Hurley, and it is a 2 1/2 minute visual of Kanye West’s proposal to, now wife, Kim Kardashian. The filming took place back in 2013 at San Francisco’s AT&T park, and it was going to be used on a reality special starring the couple.

However, two years ago, Hurley leaked the footage on his new website, MixBit, in hopes of acquiring some much needed traffic to the site. According to the couple’s lawyer MixBit wasn’t doing well, so Hurley posted the video within hours of leaving the event, providing the site with significant publicity.

Hurley’s defense was he was never told specifically not to share the footage, but a judge agreed that ‘CONFIDENTIALITY’ was made clear in a document that he signed.

This case has been pending for years now with failed attempts of Hurley trying to get the lawsuit dropped. His lawyer Rodger Cole argued that his client’s 1st Amendment and free speech rights, gave him the freedom to have posted the video.

Unfortunately for Hurley (and according to Billboard), this past Wednesday a California appeals court ruled the lawsuit will move forward. This means the YouTube co-founder could face fraud charges and be ordered to pay up to millions in damages.

… Google purchased YouTube in 2006 for $1.6 billion dollars, so I’m sure if Hurley loses, he’ll have no problem paying the West’s whatever amount he owes them.
