Kim Kardashian has been a recent advocate in the case surrounding Rogel Aguilera-Mederos, a man sentenced to 110 years in prison for killing four people in a car accident. While Rogel has thanked Kim for her support, the victim’s wife calls Kim an uninformed loudmouth.
In 2019, 26-year-old Rogel caused a pileup accident that killed four people after faulty brakes. Rogel was charged and sentenced to a mandatory minimum of 110 years behind bars.
Kim has been vocal about her support for Rogel. According to his lawyer, even though they haven’t spoken to Kim directly, the team thanks her for using her platform.
However, not everyone feels the same way about Kimmy. Kathleen Harrison, whose husband was killed in the crash, thinks Kim is uninformed and a loudmouth.
“I don’t think that we want our local proceedings in any state taken over by who has the loudest mouth out there because people don’t know all the details, they are running on emotion,” Kathleen says.
Kathleen believes the accident was 100% avoidable, seeing as Rogel did not have experience in truck driving. Also, according to court documents, Rogel ignored his smoky brakes and continued onto the truck ramp.
