Kim Porter is pushing back after a former nanny sued her and made allegations about drug use around her young twin daughters. The claims in that lawsuit are unproven.
According to TMZ, sources close to Kim say she is adamant the drug claims are completely false and that the lawsuit is retaliation for the nanny, Dawn, being fired. TMZ was also told that Dawn was let go over falsified time sheets, and that she has a past shoplifting conviction that she allegedly did not disclose on her job application.
A representative for the law firm representing Dawn told TMZ that the shoplifting conviction is irrelevant because she was not working at a shop. These are competing claims, and none of them have been tested in court. Dawn’s side maintains the allegations in her lawsuit are true.
