Kim Zolciak is over this divorce and wants a judge to throw it out.
On Tuesday, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star requested Kroy Biermann’s second divorce filing be tossed out because the couple is still getting busy in the bedroom. According to the “Tardy For the Party” singer, they just had sex on September 7th.
Biermann initially filed the dissolution of marriage in May. However, they attempted a reconciliation in July, calling off the divorce. It seems things were still rocky between the two, leading to Biermann filing once again in August. The 38-year-old has stated in his filing that the marriage is “irretrievably broken.” However, Zolciak says the two have begun living together again and believes their relationship can be repaired.
Earlier this month, Zolciak alluded that the two were back together permanently. She shared on Instagram that they were working out their marital woes. However, Biermann’s attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, shot down Zolciak’s claims of the two being back together.
Biermann has not responded to Zolciak’s latest move. He is preoccupied with trying to have a judge sign off on the sale of their home. Biermann asked a judge to place the proceeds in an escrow account, likely to help pay the couple’s bills. The former NFL pro has accused his estranged wife of trying to interfere with selling the property, which was once facing foreclosure.
Their financial issues have greatly burdened the couple, with multiple creditors suing them for unpaid debts. Biermann has placed a bulk of the blame on Zolciak’s lavish lifestyle and gambling habit.
