Sources told Baller Alert on January 23, 2017 that Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Kirk Frost allegedly fathered a child outside of his marriage to Rasheeda Frost, and that the child’s mother is expected to appear on an upcoming season of the show. These claims came from our sources and had not been confirmed by Kirk or Rasheeda at the time.
Bossip also reported on January 23 about a court filing by a woman named Jasmine, who says she had a relationship with Kirk for more than a year and that their son was born in 2016. According to Bossip’s report on the filing, Jasmine alleges Kirk stopped supporting her and the baby after she ended the relationship in late October 2016. She is asking the court for a DNA test and $2,500 a month in child support. Bossip noted that these are allegations and that paternity has not been established.
Neither Kirk nor Rasheeda had publicly responded to the lawsuit at the time. According to Baller Alert’s sources, Jasmine had already begun filming scenes for the show before Rasheeda learned about the child. Our sources also said Rasheeda initially refused to keep filming but returned after a conversation with the show’s producers. Reportedly, the storyline will play out in the upcoming season.
