Looks like “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” stars #Rasheeda and #KirkFrost may be able to put last season’s drama behind them, just in time for the new year. According to @bossipofficial, the reality television newcomer, who accused Frost of fathering her young son, has had the paternity case closed.

Months ago, Jasmine Washington filed a paternity suit against Frost and allowed the baby mama drama to play out on television. In the suit and on the reality show, Washington claimed she was Frost’s other woman, whom he provided for. According to Bossip, she claimed he gave her a monthly allowance and would allow her to use the car in exchange for her company. However, she said things got rocky after she got pregnant and tried to break it off. That is when Frost began denying his alleged son.

As a result, Washington filed the suit. A judge then reportedly gave her two weeks to give Frost the paperwork or risk the case being dismissed, but she claimed Frost kept evading service. Once she got ahold of him, it was more than two months too late, Bossip reports, so the judge dropped the case.

Although the case is dismissed, it still remains unclear if Frost is the daddy. But, Bossip believes there may be a chance the two may have settled their differences out of court.
