Kodak Black pleads guilty

New reports show rapper Kodak Black got into a prison fight on Tuesday.

ABC affiliates reported that one security was hospitalized after a physical altercation broke out at a Federal Detention Center in Miami. The fight allegedly started with two inmates; however, there is no word on if Kodak was one of the initial inmates involved or if he joined in after it started.

The Florida native is currently in jail after pleading guilty to federal weapon charges back in August. Reports say the gun was registered to Black and was found at the scene of a March shooting in Pompano Beach, Florida. He also admitted to falsifying federal documents and the purchase of three firearms from a local Miami gun shop on two different occasions, according to Complex Media. The rapper is set to be sentenced for the crime on Nov. 13.

Kodak was first arrested in May, just hours before took the stage at Rolling Loud in Miami Gardens. He initially said he was innocent, but entered a guilty plea during a hearing in Miami court in August. He’s looking at a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison for the fraudulent documents.
