Legal pressure continues to build around Kylie Jenner as another former employee steps forward with serious workplace allegations.
A second housekeeper has filed a lawsuit against the reality star in Los Angeles County Superior Court, accusing Jenner of failing to stop ongoing harassment within her household staff. The complaint, brought by Juana Delgado Soto, outlines 20 causes of action, including harassment, race discrimination, unpaid wages, and failure to prevent misconduct. This marks the second lawsuit in just one week involving similar claims from Jenner’s domestic employees.
Soto says she began working for Jenner in May 2019 and alleges she was denied proper meal and rest breaks. According to the filing, issues escalated in 2023 when her supervisor, Itzel Sibrian, allegedly began mocking her accent and immigration status.
The lawsuit claims Sibrian was briefly reassigned after Soto complained, but later returned and retaliated. Soto alleges her hours were cut, her workload became unreasonable, and her schedule was repeatedly altered. She also claims Sibrian threatened her job when she refused to stay late on her birthday, allegedly saying, “No one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner.”
In an attempt to raise concerns, Soto says she wrote a detailed letter to Jenner and left it on her massage table. Instead of relief, she claims the situation worsened. According to the complaint, she was warned not to contact Jenner again and told she was no longer allowed to “Look at Kylie”; “Smile at Kylie” and if she saw Kylie she would have to “disappear.”
Jenner is not directly accused of making those statements. Her representatives have not publicly responded to the lawsuit.
