Kylie Jenner is facing a lawsuit filed by a former housekeeper who alleges she endured discrimination, harassment, and emotional distress while working at the reality star’s residences.
According to court documents filed in Los Angeles last week, Angelica Vasquez claims she began working as a housekeeper at Jenner’s Beverly Hills home on September 10, 2024, before being transferred one week later to Jenner’s Hidden Hills property. There, Vasquez says she reported to a woman identified as Elsi and head housekeeper Patsy.
In the complaint, Vasquez alleges she was met with hostility shortly after starting the job. She claims she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” and was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by Patsy, Elsi, and other staff members. She further alleges she was “belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers” because of her race, national origin, and religious beliefs.
Vasquez, who identifies as Salvadoran and Catholic, says she was told “Catholics are horrible people” and claims she was mocked or intimidated regarding her immigration status. She also alleges comments were made suggesting that people from her background were being deported from the United States.
Beyond the alleged remarks, Vasquez states she was routinely assigned the most difficult tasks, intentionally excluded from the housekeeping team, and subjected to fingers being snapped at her while staff shouted at her. She also claims a supervisor threw hangers at her during one reprimand after she raised concerns about the treatment.
The lawsuit states Vasquez developed anxiety and “symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder” because of the workplace environment. She says she resigned in August 2025 after her complaints were allegedly ignored.
Vasquez is seeking damages for unpaid wages, emotional distress, and punitive damages. Sources familiar with Jenner’s household told TMZ that Vasquez was a junior housekeeping employee who had attendance issues and other workplace concerns. Jenner is listed as a defendant in the case.
