A Las Vegas strip club took matters into its own hands amid a cyberattack in the area by offering free lap dances and several other perks for those affected.
Hustler Club looked out for MGM Resorts guests who were caught up in the cyberattack, TMZ reported.
Guests received free airport pickup, luggage storage for those who had their check-in delayed, a complimentary $1,200 platinum VIP membership, and lap dances on the house.
Brittany Rose, the general manager of the club, said “Our hearts go out to both the employees as well as the tourists who have been affected by this devastating event. As members of the hospitality industry, we decided to do our part to help improve the guest experience during their visit to Las Vegas which will in turn alleviate the stress of the employees who are so diligently handling the situation.”
Vegas experienced a cyberattack that started at the beginning of the week. It prevented some guests from checking into their rooms and it caused casino slot machines and the phone lines to go down, among other issues.
Larry Flynt, the owner of the strip club said guests—21 years old and older- could show proof of a valid hotel reservation at any MGM property from this week and take advantage of the freebies, up until Sunday.
The cyberattack at MGM proved to be a good thing for another Vegas gentlemen’s club- Strip Club Concierge. The club told TMZ that it saw a spike in foot traffic, reservations, and ride service usage amid the attack, adding strippers brought in up to $2,000 more per night.
