We know that Lauren London is an actress and although we may forget, Lauren reminds us that she is also the mother of Cameron Carter, one of Lil Wayne’s four children. In a recent interview with JET Magazine, Lauren talks all about motherhood, most importantly about Wayne and his other children.
On having a positive relationship with Lil Wayne’s other children & their moms:
“People like to make it into this big thing, but it’s really not. There’s peace and love and my son knows his siblings. We all get along. We all clearly keep getting along. I’m tired of talking about it. What else do you want me to say?”
On why she keeps her son out of the public eye:
“I’d much rather wake up with my son and make him breakfast or go to the park… it’s the little things I enjoy,” London explains. “I’m going to try my best to provide a normal childhood for my son. I’d rather him choose the public life on his own.”
One thing I do love and have admired about Lil Wayne is that although he has four children and four baby mothers, he keeps them all happy. All the children love each other and all the baby mothers are civil towards one another. Whether they are friends or not, they get along for the sake of the kids. I feel that is very mature and necessary in situations like these. You also never hear about Lil Wayne avoiding child support, not seeing his kids or not being there for him. Maybe it’s because he has a lifestyle that can afford it but then again, for those father’s that can’t afford it, why do you keep having kids?
