Miami Heat star, Udonis Haslem, is being sued after a woman claims she was disfigured in a car accident involving his wife.
We learn from TheJasmineBrand.com that the plaintiff, Ana Rodriguez, is saying that Haslem’s wife Faith was driving Haslem’s Mercedes Benz R350 on May 18th 2013 when the accident occurred. According to Rodriguez, Faith was operating her car negligently and caused the Benz to collide into her car. She says that she has suffered bodily injury including pain and suffering, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, hospitalization, medical and nursing care and the loss of ability to make future income. She is seeking $15,000 cash.
Udonis Haslem fires back at the claims, saying that the accident was caused by unforeseeable acts, not his wife Faith. He also says that the plaintiff was not wearing her seat belt and that he shouldn’t have to pay considering she has not provided proof of her bills or injuries. Udonis recently filed docs asking a judge to force the plaintiff to fork over all medical bills, tax returns, all documents showing hospital visits and treatments and all other documents/photos relating to the accident. To be honest, I don’t blame him. Sounds like the woman saw a Mercedes and is trying to make a money grab.
