Lemuel Plummer returned to social media to respond to the increasingly serious accusations from Joseline Hernandez. Addressing his followers, Lemmy denied any involvement in physical threats or illegal activity, describing the recent claims as egregious and false. “You accused me today of threatening you physically which has never happened. I have never physically threatened you. I’m not even a violent person. I don’t threaten people. It’s never existed a day in my life. I don’t threaten people physically. You accuse me of being a predator. You accused me of abuse, of abuse physically, emotionally, mentally, and even said that I’m sex trafficking women which is so egregious, it’s so ridiculous and it’s completely false,” he said.
He questioned the lack of evidence and the absence of communication from Joseline’s husband regarding these supposed threats. “Where is Ballistic? Where is your husband? Why isn’t he calling me, texting me? Where is he at? If somebody threatened my girl I’m getting on the phone and I’m going to call them. I’m not going to go live on social media and say I made a threat to harm somebody. Like that doesn’t even make logical sense. Nobody has ever sent you a text. Where is this text message? Where’s the text? Man please show the text messages because you know me, I have no problem showing the text messages.”
Plummer argued that Joseline’s public narrative is a tactic to avoid legal obligations. He stated that the core of the issue is a contract dispute and that Zeus has been forced to take action. “At the end of day all this is happening because you don’t want to honor your contract. That’s what all this is about. You not honoring your contract. That’s it. You don’t wanna honor your contract and we have taken action rightfully so and we have tried to reason with you but I’m not going to allow you to bully me. I am not gonna allow you to create these scare tactics by going on social media and thinking that I’m not going to respond,” he explained. He also addressed her pregnancy, suggesting her emotional state might be a factor. “Clearly you are, I said earlier on my live, you’re pregnant. I respect that. Nobody is trying to attack you. No but he’s trying to come for you. Understand hormones are probably all over the place. You’re extremely emotional. Sure it probably stressful. I’m sure it’s probably stressful for maybe you.”
Beyond the business dispute, Lemmy claimed that he and his staff have been the victims of Joseline’s behavior for years. He alleged that she has made death threats against his pets and attacked his colleagues while under the influence of substances. “If anything you made threats towards me. You made threats towards me in our group text today which you’ve made some crazy threat not only today but since I’ve ever met you have had this erratic response at times where you would be impulsive and make threat to kill my dogs at one point in time. You threatened to attack my brother. You know you put me in a weird situation business wise when even the Miami thing at an arena when you got arrested. Like it’s just trying to process this over the years we put up at Zeus and my team have put up with your abuse, your threats towards me, my team, producers, talent department. You bullied cast members in my team. You bully these people but I have for years and I sat back and allowed things,” he stated.
He concluded by reiterating that while he supports her network, he will not allow his character to be disparaged. “I’m very proud of you starting your network. Do it. Go do it. But we have to honor the agreement dude. That’s it. It’s that simple.”
