Lil Baby Launches His Own Streetwear Line, One Million Clothing

Lil Baby is adding fashion designer to his resume with the creation of his new clothing line, @1millionthebrand.

The exclusive streetwear brand debuted earlier this month but appears to have been in the works for a while. The website, 1millthebrand.com,  launched with a solid lineup of graphic t-shirts and athletic shorts that featured the One Million logo printed on each piece. Lil Baby shared a photo of himself wearing one of the standout tees, a white shirt featuring a green and yellow One Million logo with the words, Forever Counting Up on the back in bold yellow letters. To compliment the look, he matched the tee with a pair of One Million shorts that featured large white letters against the bright red fabric. 

According to the brand’s official Instagram, the website will be closing soon until the next drop, which signals that Lil Baby likely plans to present his clothing in scheduled releases as opposed to restocking the same items year round. This method has proven successful for several lines in recent years, most notably with Kanye West’s Yeezy releases. 

As of Wednesday, many of the products were sold out. The One Million IG also confirmed that nothing would be restocked. Therefore, when the shop does reopen, customers will be met with an entirely new collection. This may create an issue for buyers trying to get merch in the future, thanks to aggressive resellers who profit heavily from limited edition clothing. 

Nevertheless, Lil Baby has clearly struck gold with One Million, leaving fans everywhere scrambling to get their hands on the hottest new streetwear brand.
