Lil Scrappy and Khaotic are asking fans to keep them in their prayers after both Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars revealed they were hospitalized at the same time while dealing with separate medical issues.

The unexpected health scares have raised concerns among supporters, especially after Khaotic shared that Scrappy had already been hospitalized for 72 hours while he had been receiving treatment for 24 hours.In a video shared with followers, Khaotic explained that neither artist was joking about their condition, despite some social media users questioning whether their hospital appearances were another stunt.
“We genuinely asking for your prayer and love. Nobody’s playing,” Khaotic said.
The rapper revealed that he was connected to a heart monitor and undergoing additional medical testing. Although he did not disclose what prompted his hospitalization, he emphasized that his situation was serious and asked people to stop treating their health concerns like entertainment.
“Our health is serious,” he stated.

Meanwhile, Lil Scrappy opened up about his own hospitalization, explaining that he began experiencing unexpected pain that seemingly came without warning.
According to Scrappy, the pain “popped up out of nowhere,” prompting medical attention and an extended hospital stay.
In an earlier hospital video, the Atlanta rapper also revealed that he was preparing to undergo an MRI, a scan doctors use to examine organs, tissues, and other structures inside the body.
Scrappy later shared a somewhat encouraging update, saying doctors expected him to receive a shot and potentially be released from the hospital on Thursday, November 5.
He did not disclose the cause of his pain or explain what the injection would treat. His anticipated discharge also depends on his medical team’s assessment.
Khaotic, however, has not publicly shared a specific discharge timeline. He indicated that additional testing was underway, but there has been no confirmed diagnosis involving his heart. Being placed on a heart monitor does not automatically mean someone has been diagnosed with a heart condition.
The two entertainers have maintained a public friendship through their appearances on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, although their relationship has experienced its share of disagreements.
In September, the rappers publicly discussed repairing their friendship following a falling-out. More recently, on October 25, they appeared together at Atlanta’s NXT Awards, where they promoted casting opportunities for their reality project “Pick A Side.”
Now, both are navigating unexpected health challenges during the same week.
Their overlapping hospital stays have also sparked questions about whether they were admitted to the same facility. Neither has confirmed that information, and there is no indication their separate medical concerns are connected.
