Music producer London On Da Track is asking a judge to give him full custody of his young son, according to court documents obtained by BOSSIP.

In the filing, London says the child’s mother, Erica, is not “psychologically, physically or financially capable” of serving as the primary caregiver. BOSSIP reports he alleges she acted erratically when they met in person and made concerning posts online. He asks for her mental health to be evaluated and for a special guardian to support the child in court. London also states that he earns $25,000 a month and could care for his son full time.

Erica fired back last month in a countersuit. She claims London threatened to cut off payment for their son’s medical needs if she did not leave the boy with London’s mother in Arizona, and that she has since been blocked from seeing him. She also claims London is in and out of the child’s life, does not always contribute to his medical needs, and has fallen behind on $1,100 a month in child support, saying he owes more than $20,000.

Erica says she sought therapy only after becoming stressed by London’s lawsuit and maintains she is fit to care for her son. A judge denied her motion to have the case dropped. For now, the court has temporarily granted custody to London, and both parties are scheduled to return to court next month.

These are allegations from each side’s court filings, and neither has been proven.
