Mac Miller Fans Honor His Legacy on the Sixth Anniversary of His Untimely Passing

Mac Miller’s drug dealer has pleaded guilty to a fentanyl charge.

Stephen Walter, the man who allegedly gave the late rapper Mac Miller pill drugs that led to his death, has entered a guilty plea in the case. He’s pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of fentanyl. His conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance charge was dropped.

TMZ reports that Walter gave Miller’s dealer, Cameron James Petit, the Percocet that led to the rapper overdosing. According to court documents obtained by the news outlet, Walter could be looking at more than 20 years in prison, supervised release for the rest of his life and a fine of $1 million. Walter was already on supervised release from a previous drug case.

Prosecutors say his guilty plea confirms that he was completely aware that he gave fake oxycodone pills laced with fentanyl.

Authorities are looking to send him to prison for 17 years with five years of supervised release.
