What the court documents allege
According to the documents cited by TMZ, the incident happened on August 22, 2013. Two women, identified as Rachel and Cailey, say they were invited onto a tour bus. Rachel claims Maine put his hand down her dress and grabbed her breast without her consent.
The documents say that when Rachel became upset and tried to leave, Maine held the door shut. They also claim that as the women walked down the steps, Maine punched one of them in the face, breaking her jaw and knocking her down.
