A man has been arrested after allegedly trying to take over Halle Berry’s Los Angeles home with a fake deed, according to Page Six.
Ronald, 59, was first spotted on the actress’s $3.8 million property in January, but he reportedly left when her gardener approached him.
TMZ, citing law enforcement sources, reported that he returned in March with a locksmith and had a lock changed. When Halle’s workers confronted him, he reportedly called police and claimed the workers were the ones trespassing.
When officers arrived, they reportedly noticed the paperwork was not legitimate. He was arrested on suspicion of procuring and offering a false warranty deed and petty theft, and his bond was reportedly set at $36,000. TMZ also reported that authorities said he did not know the home belonged to Halle until police told him.
The charges are allegations at this point, and Ronald has not been convicted of anything. We did not see a response from him in the reports.

This has happened to me with my family home in Kansas City, Mo. A man forged the deed using my deceased parents signatures.
My brother had to obtain an attorney, but no arrests yet with the forger, or notary public. Jackson County sheriff’s dept doesn’t seem too concerned.
The forger actually sold our family home to a company that then removed personal family items from the house.
Be cautious people and check with your tax assessor office. I have to show more ID to vote or get a replacement car title then these house thieves do to forge deeds.
