The man behind a backstage fight with Love and Hip Hop New York cast member Tahiry during New York Fashion Week in September has pleaded guilty to assault. According to TMZ, a man named Charles entered the plea in a Manhattan courtroom and will not serve jail time.
As part of the deal, reports say he must complete an anger management program and stay away from Tahiry for five years. Music Times reported that the altercation happened backstage at a fashion show and left Tahiry with injuries that required a neck brace, and that she was still in physical therapy more than three months later.
Tahiry had not publicly commented on the plea at the time of this story.
