Marcus Jordan is admitting to his struggles with substance abuse following his latest DUI arrest.

According to TMZ , court docs reveal that Jordan has been dealing with “challenges” related to alcohol and substance use.

The case stems from his Feb. 4 arrest, when police found his Lamborghini Urus stuck on railroad tracks in Florida, around 1 AM.

Now, Jordan is asking a judge to let him complete a Pre-Trial Substance Abuse Education and Treatment Intervention Program. His attorneys say the program would not only help him personally but also lower the chances of future offenses. They added that he’s open to treatment and willing to waive his right to a speedy trial if approved.

Jordan is currently facing three charges: one felony count of ketamine possession, one misdemeanor DUI with property damage, and one misdemeanor for resisting an officer.

Back in February he pleaded not guilty to all three. A court hearing to review his request has not yet been scheduled.
