Marshawn Lynch Cleared Of Any Super Bowl Media Fines

Though Marshawn Lynch’s mind may still be clouded with replays of the final play of Sunday’s Super Bowl, it looks like his wallet is in the clear. According to an NFL Representative Lynch isn’t responsible for any wrong-doings in regard to the Super Bowl Media days and won’t receive any fines.

As always, there were speculations on possible fines for Lynch’s lack of attention when it came to the Media. However the NFL has found that Lynch obliged to all rules on Media Day by entertaining multiple media outlets at his designated post for the required time minimum. He made it very clear that he was just there “so he won’t get fined” and apparently that was enough.

The difference in the speculations this time, however was that they also surfaced around whether Beast Mode would be fined for wearing a hat that dawned his personal brand’s logo during media sessions. Well, NFL officials have also deemed that there is no basis for fining Lynch on this matter either being that the hat was in team colors and was made by the ‘New Era’ company which is an official league sponsor.

Though Lynch won’t have to pay a hefty fine to the NFL for his hat, the hat is attached to another large amount because Lynch’s apparel raked in roughly $200,000 following his Super Bowl media appearances. So it seems that as of today all is well in Lynch Land as far as his pockets are concerned and being that the star Running Back is known for giving back to his hometown charity ‘Fam 1st ‘family foundation (which he has no problem talking about) I’m sure he and the city of Oakland are both pretty thankful for this new payout.
