Mathew Knowles is reportedly dealing with a hefty child support ruling out of Houston.
According to Bossip, a Harris County family court judge ordered that Knowles’ wages be garnished in a case brought by Taqoya, the mother of his young daughter. Bossip reported that Knowles was ordered to pay $70,822 in back child support plus interest, along with $1,496 a month in ongoing child support. He was also reportedly ordered to cover his daughter’s health insurance and $50,000 toward Taqoya’s attorney fees.
Bossip also reported that after Taqoya shared that she was pregnant, he offered her $225,000, which she reportedly did not accept.
Knowles has fathered children outside of his marriage to Tina Knowles, which has been the subject of paternity cases covered in the news over the past few years. We have not seen a public response from him about this latest ruling.
