McDonald’s has introduced glazed donuts to its menu.
They won’t be here long, but starting September 1, glazed donuts will be joining the burger chain’s other baked goods.
This has been the first addition to Mickie D’s McCafé menu since its launch in November 2020. Reports show the donuts are expected to help its breakfast lineup, which has boosted sales for the restaurant.
Other items on McDonald’s menu include the restaurant’s blueberry muffins, cinnamon rolls, and apple fritters. The donuts will be available for purchase all day.
Last week, Wendy’s announced it would be putting an additional $10 million toward advertising its breakfast this year, which will bring its spending on breakfast ads to $25 million.
