After a longstanding divorce battle between Mel B and Stephen Belafonte, the former couple has finally come to an agreement. According to TMZ, though a judge will have to sign off on the agreement to make the terms of the divorce official, the two have come to a consensus in regards to their spousal and child support, as well as their beef over sex tapes.

In legal docs obtained by the publication, the couple agreed that Belafonte will destroy any videos he has of his ex, particularly the sex tapes Mel claimed he recorded after drugging her. The two also agreed that Belafonte will receive spousal support for the next three years, however, according to TMZ, the amount has been redacted from the documents.

The former couple will have joint custody of their 6-year-old daughter, and neither will have to pay child support. But, they will have to create a schedule for physical custody. As for their belongings, Belafonte will get to get all of his stuff out of their home so that they can sell the house and split the profits.
