Bruno Mars allegedly owing millions to the MGM casino in Las Vegas is fake news.

On Monday, MGM Resorts International issued a statement to Complex, disputing reports that Mars has racked up a $50 million tab through excessive gambling.

“We’re proud of our relationship with Bruno Mars, one of the world’s most thrilling and dynamic performers. From his shows at Dolby Live at Park MGM to the new Pinky Ring lounge at Bellagio, Bruno’s brand of entertainment attracts visitors from around the globe. MGM and Bruno’s partnership is longstanding and rooted in mutual respect,” adding, “Any speculation otherwise is completely false; he has no debt with MGM. Together, we are excited to continue creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.”

UPDATE: MGM has denied this allegation. https://t.co/1Z5YUmfPKQ

MGM speaking out has finally put to rest the surprising tale, which began to spread over the weekend. Mars has been partnered with MGM since at least 2016. Despite this, an insider told the outlet that even with Mars being paid $90 million a year through the deal, he owes the casino a large amount of money. The source also claimed that Mars only made a little over $1 million per night. The “Treasure” singer has long been a fan of gambling, which may have made his Vegas tenure a perfect breeding ground for an alleged addiction. However, it appears that this was nothing more than hearsay.

Mars has not commented on the money drama rumor.
