K. Michelle’s promo photos for her album Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart are getting attention, and not all of it is good. A model named Tatyana says the concept was hers first.
Tatyana says she shot a series of photos with a photographer several months ago that spread around Tumblr. She posted a side by side comparison to Instagram and wrote that K. Michelle copied her picture to promote the new album. She asked her followers if anyone with a legal background could tell her whether she has any options.
Fans who compared the two images pointed to similarities in the pose, the hair and the way flowers were placed. Similar does not mean copied, and concepts often overlap, so this is Tatyana’s claim and not a confirmed finding. K. Michelle had not publicly responded at the time of this report.
