A mother took matters into her own hands when she found her boyfriend naked in bed with her child.
This jaw-dropping incident took place on August 8th, 2021, in Lubbock, Texas. Around 1:00 a.m., the unidentified woman phoned 911 to report that she’d discovered her boyfriend, 29-year-old Delmer Orlando Ortiz Licona, in bed with her young child.
“I just found my man, huh, whoever lives with me, naked in the bed with my daughter,” she yelled to the dispatcher. On the 911 call, the woman continuously screams at the man, demanding answers as he flees the scene. When the dispatcher questions if the man was her boyfriend, the distraught woman replies, “He’s supposed to be, but you hurry up, or I’m going to kill him. I’m going to f*****g kill him.”
The mother is then heard telling her daughter to get into the car, and she proceeds to follow Licona. Then, a loud thud is heard, followed by the child screaming and crying. She admitted that she’d hit the man with her vehicle and then comforted her panicked daughter, telling the girl, “You shouldn’t have to go through that situation.” The woman also presses Licona for answers as to why he assaulted her child.
The investigation moved slowly. In March, investigators forensically interviewed the child, who gave specific details about the sexual assault. Licona continuously skipped police meetings. Finally, a warrant was issued for his arrest, and he was taken into custody on May 3rd. He is being held in the Lubbock County Detention Center without bond for an immigration customs enforcement detainer.
