Mustard and his ex-wife, Chanel Thierry, have finally reached a common ground regarding child support.
On Tuesday, the former couple submitted a court document stating that they’ve agreed on an $18,000 per month child support payment. Mustard and Thierry also agreed on joint custody of their three kids: Kauner, Kiylan, and Kody.
The agreement comes a few weeks after Thierry initially requested for $80,000 per month in child support. Despite being on mutual terms, it has been reported that Thierry is still pursuing the $80,000 motion as she agreed to “postpone the hearing” to a later date.
According to the pre-martial agreement, Mustard is expected to pay $35,000 monthly in spousal support. However, Thierry claimed it’s “increasingly difficult” to co-parent with Mustard because he “does not communicate or answer her text messages.”
Nevertheless, Mustard fired back at Thierry’s allegations and recently submitted a court filing to counter his ex-wife’s filing. In the document, Mustard denied that he “starved her out financially” and says he has continued to handle his fatherly duties.
“Chanel’s claim that I have starved her out financially since separation is a flat-out lie,” Mustard said. “From the time Chanel and I separated in May 2022, I continued to uphold my obligation to support her and the children. I continued to pay all of Chanel’s living expenses, including all of her credit card bills. I also continued paying Chanel’s housing costs and the children’s expenses including private school tuition.”
