Ne-Yo is causing a stir on social media after being questioned about how he feels about being in a polygamous relationship.
In a viral clip, the R&B singer and writer was seen with his two girlfriends when a TMZ reporter asked him about his thoughts on legalizing polygamy.
“I feel like in the realm of love and romance you should let people do whatever the hell they way to do. Can’t see how it’s hurting anybody,” he explained.
The reporter then questioned why he didn’t write songs about dating multiple women, noting that his music often focuses on praising one lady at a time.
“I never been in a situation like this. This is the first time,” he said. “I don’t force it when it comes to music it happens naturally and organically. “
Later, when asked if he would recommend his relationship lifestyle, he said, “No, I don’t recommend anything to anybody. What works for me might not work for you.”
Ne-Yo made headlines earlier this year when he went public with his two girlfriends following his confirmed divorce from his ex-wife, Crystal Renay Smith.
