Nestlé has recalled 14 tons of DiGiorno pizzas after allergen complaints were filed.

DiGiorno’s Crispy Pan Crust pepperoni pizza is the subject of a massive recall after customers reported an undeclared soy protein in it, which is a known allergen. On Sunday, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced that some consumers may still have the pizza products in their fridges.

“FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ freezers,” the announcement said. “Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them.”

The recall comes after one customer in particular pointed out the pizza products were mislabeled. One of the pizza boxes that had pepperoni pizza on the label actually included three meat pizzas, which had allergenic textured soy protein, the New York Post reports.

The products were shipped across the country and were produced on June 30, 2021. The establishment number on the products is “EST. 1682A.” The product’s expiration date is March of 2022.

Anyone with concerns is instructed to contact Bonita Cleveland, Consumer Services Manager at Nestlé USA, at 800-681-1676 or bonita.cleveland@us.nestle.com.
