Netflix is on the hunt for a flight attendant to travel worldwide on its private jets, and the pay sounds enticing.

The streaming giant is offering up to $385,000 a year for a flight attendant who can carry 30lbs and stand for long periods of time.

The flight attendant will also be required to work flights on a Gulfstream G550 jet as needed while providing “confidential air transportation” and performing their jobs with “discretion.”

The pay range for the job starts at $60,000, the job description reads on the company’s website. Compensation will be determined based on experience level, the company added.

The streamer of hit shows like “Stranger Things” and “Squid Games” said it’s looking for an ideal candidate who is professionally trained in cabin and passenger safety and aircraft emergency evacuation and able to “embrace the Netflix culture of freedom and responsibility.”

The high pay comes after Netflix announced changes to its operations after seeing a decline in subscriber numbers. The company laid off hundreds of employees and placed a crackdown on user password sharing. Netflix also launched a lower-priced advertising-supported tier.

Those efforts and the release of Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story” and a new season of “Emily in Paris” likely worked because there was an increase in subscribers.

The company reported 223.1 million subscribers in the third quarter of last year, slightly increasing from the 220.7 million reported in the second quarter. Netflix expects to add 4.5 million to its subscriber count when it reports its fourth-quarter total.
