As if nude beaches weren’t already enough, gyms are now following suit, kicking off 2018 with an all-new way to get in shape… nude workout classes.
Now, we’ve heard of naked yoga–which is, honestly, still too much. However, the full-body workout just happens to take the cake. ⠀⠀
According to NY Daily News, starting January 5th, the popular New York City-based fitness studio, Hanson Fitness, will be offering naked personal fitness sessions.

In a recent press release, the establishment said that the sessions would give the attendees a “total body workout that uses your body weight as resistance to work the glute, butt, legs, and core–making you look and feel good naked.”

Classes will be held three times a week, with one for men, one for women, and one for both.
