If, for whatever reason, you’re looking to purchase an NFL Rae Carruth jersey upon his release, you better look elsewhere because the NFL wants no parts of that bad karma.
According to TMZ, the NFL has blocked fans from ordering customized Carruth jerseys on http://NFLShop.com, as part of its ban of controversial names on licensed merchandise.
Now, Carruth, who served the low end of an 18 to 24-year sentence for planning the murder of his pregnant girlfriend, Cherica Adams, will join other controversial ballers, like Aaron Hernandez and O.J. Simpson on the league’s jersey banned list.
But, the real question is, why would anyone want to purchase a Carruth jersey?
