Nick Cannon tagged ‘heaven’ as location when he posted two cryptic messages on his social media accounts after receiving backlash from the Black community for apologizing for his anti-Semitic comments.

During the early hours of Friday morning, Cannon posted his tweets on Instagram with the ’heaven’ tag, which read: “I hurt an entire community, and it pained me to my core, I thought it couldn’t get any worse. Then I watched my own community turn on me and call me a sell-out for apologizing. Goodnight. Enjoy Earth.”

Social media quickly became concerned, and one urged him to call 911 for a “wellness check.”

The “Masked Singer” then followed up with a message via Twitter, tagging the same “heaven” location. Cannon tweeted, “Y’all can have this planet. I’m out!”

On June 30, Cannon went on his podcast ‘Cannon Class” and made several anti-Semitic comments in which he accused white people of being “evil, rapist, and true savages.” Shortly after, ViacomCBS fired him. Cannon then posted a lengthy Facebook post calling them out for being on the “wrong side of history,” demanding an apology and ownership of his “Wild ‘N Out” brand.

However, after widespread backlash, Cannon issued an apology for his remarks in a series of tweets on Wednesday evening.

“I feel ashamed,” Cannon said.

“First and foremost, I extend my deepest and most sincere apologies to my Jewish sisters and brothers for the hurtful and divisive words that came out of my mouth during my interview with Richard Griffin. They reinforced the worst stereotypes of a proud and magnificent people, and I feel ashamed of the uninformed and naïve place that these words came from. The video of this interview has since been removed,” he said.

Despite the offensive comments, Nick said the Jewish community embraced him rather than chastised him. He even garnered support from celebrities like Diddy, who offered him a spot on his Revolt TV network. “Come home” to a “truly black-owned” media company, Daily Mail Reports.

“The only way we can change the narrative, educate, and uplift each other is if we do it together. Nick, my brother, I am here to support you fully in any way you need.⁣ What we are not going to do is turn our backs on our brothers and sisters when they challenge the system,” Combs said in an Instagram post.

We hope Cannon gets through this and remembers, “this too shall pass.”
