Nicki Minaj and her relationship have been the topic of debate for the past few days after several questionable moments.
For one, Minaj went Live on Instagram to praise women who juggle motherhood and careers. During the stream, she began to cry, which led many to believe that she was dealing with personal issues. A day before, on June 10th, she tweeted, “Yes, Single,” sparking concerns amongst fans. Adding insult to injury, some attendees of her “Pink Friday 2 Tour” have claimed online that she appeared emotional on stage at times.

Minaj did not follow up with any context to her tweet, leaving the Barbz to try and piece together what was going on with the “Barbie Dangerous” star. Some believed she was rolling out a new single, while others were certain that she had left Kenneth Petty, who has been the topic of criticism since he began dating Minaj in 2018.
On Wednesday, it seems that Onika wanted to end the chatter surrounding her marriage. She shared a video on Instagram, which showed her, Petty, their son, and longtime friend Debra Antney entering a private jet. The family looked happy watching Papa walk the stairs onto the flight. She didn’t caption the video, though it appears all is well with the Petty’s.
This would not be the first time that Minaj and Petty faced separation whispers. In March 2023, internet rumors claimed Minaj left him after learning of infidelity. During a November 2023 interview with Vogue, the 41-year-old admitted that things between her and her husband got “testy” after she gave birth to their only child together in September 2020. Thankfully, they were able to move past it.
