Pharrell Williams is getting a chance to tell his life story but through Legos.

According to Deadline, “Piece by Piece,” directed by Morgan Neville, is scheduled to be released in theaters on October 11. The film promises to be a family-friendly experience for audiences.

“When I had this crazy vision to tell this story through Lego bricks, I couldn’t have imagined a better partner than Morgan. He is a legend. Grateful that Focus wanted to collaborate with us and I’m honored to share this with the world and bring people into my universe. Building with Lego bricks encourages us to follow our imagination. … Who would’ve thought that playing with these toys as a kid would evolve into a movie about my life? It’s proof that anyone else can do it too,” Williams said in a statement.

Additionally, he shared news about the film on Instagram along with its artwork, using the last two sentences from the aforementioned statement as the caption.

Continuing to showcase his versatility, Williams is actively engaged in both music and fashion pursuits. In a recent development, the Virginia native premiered new music during Louis Vuitton’s Western-themed Fall/Winter 2024 fashion show earlier this month.

Appointed as the creative director of Louis Vuitton’s menswear in the previous year, Williams took over the role following the passing of Virgil Abloh. Demonstrating his diverse talents, the polymath presented his newest collection for the esteemed fashion house in Paris on January 16th, captivating a celebrity-packed audience. The Fall/Winter 2024 collection drew inspiration from the American Old West, featuring numerous pieces that exuded a ranch-appropriate aesthetic, characterized by denim, cowboy hats, and suede.
