Porsha Williams has been officially cleared by the FBI after a fellow passenger accused her of causing a disturbance during her flight home from BravoCon2025.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s attorney, Joe Habachy, confirmed the update in a statement to Us Weekly. He said the United States Attorney’s Office informed them that no crime occurred and that the FBI would not take any further investigative action. According to him, the findings match what Williams had said all along.
Habachy explained that the claims made against Williams were false and that there was never any physical contact inside the aircraft. He called the other passenger “unhinged” and described the accusations as false from the beginning. He added that while Williams is relieved by the outcome, the damage from the allegations has already taken a toll and she is owed apologies.
The attorney also thanked the witnesses who stepped up and gave statements that helped investigators uncover the truth. He said Williams appreciated the work done by federal agents to verify what actually happened on the flight.
According to TMZ, the incident took place on Sunday, November 16, during Williams’ Delta Airlines flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta after the final day of BravoCon. Reports surfaced claiming there was an altercation between Williams and another traveler. However, investigators found no evidence of a physical or criminal event.
With the FBI confirming that nothing illegal occurred, Porsha Williams can now move forward with her name cleared and the official findings to support her side of the story.
