A man named Danney, who lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, was in the news in May 2013 for his long running claim that he is the son of former President Bill Clinton. Danney was 27 at the time.
According to reports from the time, Danney says his mother had a relationship with Clinton in the 1980s and that he was born in 1985. He said he wants to meet Clinton in person, telling reporters, “I want to meet him face to face.”
The claim is not new. A tabloid first published it in 1992, and in 1999 Time reported that a paternity test commissioned by Star magazine showed no match. Questions were later raised about how that test was done, and Clinton had not publicly acknowledged the claim.
Baller Alert is reporting what was claimed, not confirming it. The claim remains unproven.
