Prince Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement with sex abuse accuser Virginia Giuffre Tuesday.

Documents files by Giuffre’s attorney revealed that both parties will file for the lawsuit to be dismissed upon Giuffre’s receipt of the settlement. The amount will not be disclosed.

The settlement filing also revealed that Prince Andrew accepts Giuffre has suffered as an “established victim” of sex abuse.

“Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Giuffre’s character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks,” the document stated.

Giuffre alleges she was trafficked by Jeffery Epstein and forced to have sex with the prince three times starting when she was just 17, claims Andrew has vehemently denied.

“It is known that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young girls over many years. Prince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms. Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others. He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking, and by supporting its victims,” the doc continued.

In January, Prince Andrew’s attorneys tried to have the case dismissed after arguing a $500,000 settlement Giuffre reached with Epstein in 2009 barred her from bringing the civil suit against him. However, a federal judge ruled the case could go to trial. That same month, Buckingham Palace stripped the prince from his military affiliation and royal titles.
