Professional boxer #GervontaDavis is being accused of attempting to scam a Philadelphia Jeweler out of over $200k.

The Jeweler company, Shyne Jeweler’s Inc, sued Davis for Breach of Contract according to court documents obtained by Bossip.

Last April, Davis allegedly purchased a Richard Millie  RMOU 1-FM watch with a blue band, which amounted to a total of over $130,000.

Davis didn’t stop there, he continued to splurge, or attempt to splurge on more high-end items including another Richard Millie but with a green band instead, a customized Tank pendant for $60,000, a $30,000 Rolex, four customized “GTD” pendants for $12,000 and spent $19,000 to fix the damages done to the blue Richard Millie watch, official legal documents reveal.

The company sent Davis his order aside from the pendants, and through a representative, Davis paid for the jewelry with a check.

However, things went south when the company noticed the check was counterfeit. According to the owners at Shyne Jewelers, Davis was well are that the check was fake.

“Davis knew that the Cashier’s Check was counterfeit, and he acted intentionally and with malicious intent to deceive Shyne and deprive Shyne of its property and the services it provided to him,” the jewelers stated in the documents.

Since finding out the check was fake, the company has reached out to Davis to pay off his balance, however, he’s ignored them.

Not only has Davis allegedly not paid for the jewelry, but he has also been seen carelessly sporting the jewelry in public and on social media.

Shyne Jewelers is suing for $250,000 in damages and is requesting it’s lawyer fees be paid as wells

Davis is also due in court in Miami next week due to the infamous alleged assault on his child’s mother that took place at a celebrity basketball game during Super Bowl weekend this year, which he’s pleaded not guilty for, the outlet reports.
