100 Men vs. 1 Gorilla: These Celebs Have Picked a Side in the Wildest Debate of 2025 [Video]

As the month of April came to a close, a conversation swept the internet, with millions chiming in on one of the funniest social media moments of 2025.

On April 25th, a Twitter user who goes by @DreamChasnMike tweeted, “I think 100 n***as could beat 1 gorilla… everybody just gotta be dedicated to the s**t.”

What was likely an innocent joke sparked a chain reaction that transcended multiple platforms, with social media users having a field day with their theories on whether or not 100 men could actually defeat one of the strongest animals the world has ever seen. The conversation spread to the celebrity world, with several of our favs chiming in.

Glorilla got in on the fun. When one Twitter user tagged her and stated, “@GloTheofficial watching this 100 men vs glorilla debate,” she fired back with, “Cause 100 n***as couldn’t do s**t wit me.”

Boxer Mike Tyson, known as Iron Mike, also made it clear that the gorillas would be “in a lot of trouble” if they had to go up against 100 versions of him in his boxing prime.

Kevin Hart put in comedic gold on the matter, saying he was actually the gorilla and the 100 men could never defeat him.

“The first one, I’m grabbing, I’m throwing to the side. I’m ripping the next one head off,” he shouted, as his crew co-signed in the background.

Rapper Freddie Gibbs seemingly sided with the animal, writing, “A gorilla will smoke 200 of yall.”

Given that gorillas are roughly four to ten times stronger than humans, with mature males able to throw objects weighing over 1,800 pounds, the 100 men would be in for a long, yet interesting day.
