21 Savage is coming to the defense of Drake for his presumed Megan Thee Stallion lyrics on their joint project, “Her Loss.”
The Atlanta star spoke with Rolling Stone this week, addressing Drake’s spicy words on the track “Circo Loco.” Drake rapped, “This b**h lie ’bout getting shots, but she still a stallion.” Naturally, most people felt that Aubrey was taking aim at Megan Thee Stallion, who was shot by her former friend, Tory Lanez. Ironically, Drake and Lanez seemingly had some sort of friendship at one point, especially considering they are both from Canada. Therefore, the narrative that Drake was dissing Meg seemed to fit. However, 21 says that’s not the case at all.
“I don’t feel like that was his intention [to diss Megan]. Remember when I said I was telling him to not hold back, people tried to twist that to make it seem like I was talking about that situation. That bar was more of, like, a joke bar than him trying to say something about her. But I don’t really like speaking on people’s situations because life be real,” 21 explained.

Shortly after the record was released last year and social media began dragging Drake, Meg spoke out in several tweets.
“Stop using my shooting for clout b***h a** n***as ! Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot ! You n***as especially RAP N***AS ARE LAME!” Meg wrote in one tweet.

Drake hasn’t said much recently on the matter, though he may address ir once again in her forthcoming music.
