Rapper Kodak Black was given an arrest warrant in Broward County, Florida, after allegedly refusing to agree to a pre-trial release condition that required him to take a random drug and alcohol test.
In the warrant issued July 14, Kodak, whose real name is Bill Kapri, had been asked to report for testing on June 9 but failed to appear.
According to the report, Black violated the terms of his pretrial release linked to an oxycodone trafficking charge by refusing to submit to testing.
In July 2022, Florida Highway Patrol officers pulled Black over and discovered 31 oxycodone tablets and $74,960 in cash.
According to authorities, he was also operating a vehicle with an expired license and tags.
Earlier this year, the rapper was arrested on a similar charge that resulted in him attending a 30-day drug treatment program.
