A$AP Ferg Is Allegedly Out of A$AP Mob

A$AP Ferg has allegedly parted ways with New York-based hip hop collective, A$AP Mob.

Founded in 2006 as an acronym for Always Strive and Prosper, the late A$AP Yams recruited Bari, Kham, and Illz to join the crew. He later welcomed Rocky, Ferg, and several other rappers to the mix, as they all adopted the A$AP moniker.

But now, according to Illz, Ferg is no longer part of the hip hop mob.

“They’ve been calling me The Golden Child for years now, and it’s not for no reason…..I been him,” Illz wrote on Instagram stories. “Damn right, I ain’t no yes man, but you n*ggas don’t respect that shit. Y’all rather have a nigga who’s not even half way on my level around just cause he a YEs man and do whatever you want at the snap of your fingers. Sit goofy.”

“Ferg ain’t ASAP NO MORE,” he added. “Sorry, guys. That nigga burnt out, songs dumb trash. Mr anthem can’t get right.”

Illz also shared text messages that appeared to be an exchange between himself and Ferg. “Call me, stop playing with me, I don’t even play with you,” Ferg allegedly said, to which Illz responded, “Nigga u played urself. Fuck off my line. Fuck is u textin for.”

Ferg has yet to respond to the claims. However, he did take to social media to say, “A wise man once said nothing.”
