‘All Lives Matter’ Bow & Arrow Man Who Disrupted Salt Lake City Protest Charged With 3 Felonies

‘All Lives Matter’ advocate, 57-year-old Brandon E. McCormick, is widely known to be the man who showed up to a George Floyd protest with a bow and arrow. He hopped out of his vehicle with the weapon screaming, “All Lives Matter,” before aiming the bow&arrow at the crowd. Shortly after, he was beaten by protesters and knocked unconscious as his vehicle was set on fire.

McCormick was discharged shortly after being taken to the hospital. He also did an interview acting as if he were a victim in the incident, which has now gone viral along with the video of him inciting the protesters with his bow and arrow. McCormick has since been charged with three felonies for the incident, according to the Salt Lake Tribune.

McCormick is reported to have spent nearly the past two decades of his life in jail in the state of California. He has been convicted of battery against a public safety officer and now could be facing even more jail time.

All three felony counts are punishable for up to five years, which are all reportedly Utah’s lowest grade of a felony. The 57-year-old man was also charged with a misdemeanor for threatening to use his weapon in a fight. The misdemeanor charge is punishable for up to a year.

McCormick was booked into the Salt Lake City jail after the District Attorney’s Office filed charges and requested for a warrant to be issued for his arrest. Bail has been set at $100,000.
