Andre 3000 Trends On Twitter After Fans Give Him His Flowers For Verse On Beyonce’s ‘Party’ Single

Andre 3000 is currently trending on Twitter as fans debate who had the better verse between him and J.Cole on Beyonce’s 2011 hit song “Party”; to this day, both Grammy-nominated versions of the single are still being celebrated.

While some fans said Cole’s verse was their favorite, the majority of the Twitter conversation quickly turned to praise 3 Stacks and his undeniable talents.

One fan tweeted, “Y’all remember when Cole low key snapped on Party?” and another user replied, “no but I remember when Andre 3000 did.”

One tweet that stuck out to me the most was one from award-winning scientist @ravenscimaven, who tweeted: “I’m glad we are giving Andre 3000 his flowers today because he definitely deserves them. I recently read a story that he’s actually not a self-confident person and doesn’t believe in his own artistry. It was shocking to read and I’m really happy to see us all uplift this man.”

Another fan said Andre’s verse was the only one he acknowledged, tweeting “This is even more proof that y’all don’t really respect Andre 3000 beyond his verse on International Players Anthem because who the hell is thinking about Cole’s verse when we all heard and saw what Andre Benjamin did to this song? Get me out of here.”

Other fans seemed to imply that they didn’t even know there was a J. Cole version of the song, tweeting “I didn’t even know J. Cole had a verse on this song. I thought Andre 3000’s verse was the ONLY version.”

Another fan couldn’t even believe Twitter was playing with 3 Stacks like that, “listen once andre 3000 said “Set the scene, 3000 degrees” it was ova for Cole. lets not be disrespectful here”
