Last year, just days before Khloe Kardashian gave birth to her first child, True, her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, was exposed for cheating with several different women in several different cities. However, despite the hurt and pain, Kardashian took her boo back for the sake of her new family.
But now, almost a year after the devastating, labor-inducing news, there still may be trouble in paradise, as sources say Khloe “acts like a single mom.”
Khloe “rarely talks about” Thompson, a source told PEOPLE, adding that the new mom is living her life in Los Angeles without him. “Khloe and True are happy in Los Angeles. They spend very little time in Cleveland, where Tristan is.”
“Her whole life is True,” the source continued. “Khloe is a great mom. It’s so obvious how much she loves being a mom. She likes that True is a bit older now – they attend classes with other babies True’s age and Khloe is making sure she has friends.”
Although Khloe initially forgave her baller baby daddy – against her family and friends’ better judgment – the recap episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” forced the reality star to relive the pain. From there, reports surfaced of tension between the two, as the reality star had trouble letting the past go.
While Khloe decided to stay in L.A. with her family, instead of moving back to Cleveland with her boo, she did spend Halloween, Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve with Thompson. However, the last time the two were seen together was January 13.
