YFN Lucci Ordered to Live With Mother Until Parole Ends in 2031

Atlanta District Attorney Fani Willis has written a letter supporting YFN Lucci’s early release from prison.

This news comes after YFN Lucci received a 20-year sentence for violating the Street Gang and Terrorism Prevention Act.

His sentence was split into 10 years of prison and 10 years of probation. Recently, Lucci has been pushing to reduce his sentence.

In her letter, Willis wrote that “the State does not object” to YFN Lucci’s release “the first time he becomes eligible for parole or after serving one-third of his prison sentence, whichever comes first.”

This means his release could come as early as January 2025.

Many fans are excited about Lucci’s potential early release, while others accuse Willis of showing favoritism toward the rapper, pointing out that Young Thug still remains in jail.
